What is a cognitive skill?
Cognitive skills are the foundation of our brain’s ability to process information, pay attention, read, think, learn, remember, and reason. These skills are essential for effective learning and, when overlooked, may lead to lifelong challenges
Does brain training work for attention, focus, and ADHD challenges?
Through our personalized brain training, we address the cognitive deficits that are commonly linked to ADHD challenges and overall learning struggles. By intentionally and intensively targeting the weak cognitive skills, we help students of all ages think, learn, and perform faster and better.
How does brain training help improve attention span?
Our one-on-one cognitive training improves all weak cognitive skills, including attention span through intensive and fun mental exercises.
How is brain training different from tutoring?
Brain training and tutoring address different challenges. While tutoring delivers or reteaches material for better understanding, brain training focuses on strengthening core skills to understand information the first time. It enhances the brain skills essential for faster and easier learning. Many learning challenges arise from the need to enhance underlying cognitive abilities, rather than simply reteaching information. If your child’s learning struggle stems from skills weakness, tutoring may not effectively solve the problem.
What is brain training?
Brain training is a non-academic training approach focused on strengthening underlying cognitive skills that impact learning. including processing speed, attention, memory, auditory and visual processing, and reasoning). Students are paired with a professional trainer in one-on-one sessions, each session can be individualized and adjusted to you or your child’s needs and progress.
What age group can benefit from brain training?
Our brain training programs are designed to benefit individuals aged 4 to 80, who want to improve key intellectual skills crucial for success in education, work, and daily life, making cognitive improvement accessible at any stage of life.
